Recording Issue - Vugen 11.50

Hi All,

I have installed HP Vugen 11.50 (build 2216). I am unable to record any web application. The recording gets stopped with an error  message " An expected error occurred". The following exception message(s) are showed in error details.  

1. Recording Service - Record Info object cannot be empty for old recording engine.

2. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

System Details:

OS Version           : Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1

System Type       : 32 bit operating system

RAM                       : 4GB

Do I need to install any patches?
