Please review the following document:

It suggests that insufficient Windows account privileges when installing LoadRunner result in a corrupted installation and LoadRunner needs to be reinstalled from a Windows account with full local administrative rights.

1. Please disable  antivirus software running on your computer and data execution prevention (DEP) during installation (KM747283) and
2. make sure that you follow the instructions in LR 11.52 Installation Guide
