Try this...



1. Click on start recording

2. on the pop up dialog click on options

3. from the recording options dialog go to Network->Port Mapping

4. Select Socket Level and WinNet Level data

5. click options on the bottom right

6. uncheck the Enable auto SSL detection

7. update

8. OK
