Re: Load Runner not invoking Internet Explorer

Hi,

 

You should add valid Support Contract to HP Passport to be able to view the knowledge documents. You can find more instructions here: Adding valid Support Contract to HP Passport.pdf

 

It you are still not able to open the KM, try restarting your browser.

 

The KM says that the sequence of installation should be:

1. LR and all LR patches

2.QTP and all QTP patches

 

You can try by clean uninstall of both LoadRunner and QC and installing them both in the correct order. You can find instructions in the following knowledge documents:

If this does not help, the issue will need more detailed investigation and I would suggest you to open a case with support.
