Remedy ARS has both win32 and web client.
Win32 uses proprietary protocol that is not supported by VUGen.
For web based client, try recording using HTTP/HTML protocol and set the recording to URL mode.
LoadRunner team created correlation rules for Remedy7.1 and you can import .cor, which are veryful to solve the issues related to correlation. It works for Remedy 7.6.x as well.
