I guess that you are referring to this window:
Windows 2008 is included in LR 11.5x as an option.
What we could suggest for LR 11.0x is using the SiteScope monitor and configure the required monitors in SiteScope.
Additional option for LoadRunner 11.0x is to try choosing Win2003 option and check if it will meet your needs.
