This SAP-GUI Grid hang issue is a regression introducd in LR 11.50 and has been solved in the upcoming LoadRunner or Performance Center 12.00 release.
If you are still working on LR 11.50 up to 11.52 Patch 1, please download the correct hotfix from the attachments and extract HP.Utt.StandaloneDebugger.exe and overwrite the one under <LR_Dir>\bin. Notice there is aslo an optional fix of SapGuiReplay.dll which applies to all releases except 11.50, if the problem remains after applying the first fix (HP.Utt.StandaloneDebugger.exe), please try to apply this one (SapGuiReplay.dll) and verify if it works.
