Improvement of the recording process using Chrome were added in the latest versions of LoadRunner.

LoadRunner 9.1 is an old version which is currently out of support. You can consider upgrading to a new version of LoadRunner. Currently supported visions of LoadRunner are 11.x and 11.5x. Please note that there is a new licensing mechanism in LoadRunner 11.5x and if you decide to upgrade your licenses will need to be reissued.
In LoadRunner 9.1 your option is to use the default recording browser which is Internet Explorer.
