It actually depends on your script, but looks good enough for me, 250 if not really too much and your bandwidth is seems to be enough. What I would do isrun a test for 1 vuser, and include monitors for network delay, this will be your baseline, then run your test with the full ammount of vusers and then compare the results, you are expected to have better numbers for the 1 vusers test, but based on the network delay value increase, then you can find out if your bandwith is causing any bottleneck.
