Shared data file

I am not sure if I can share the same data file by three groups of users.

Each group using unique set of user ids and cannot be shared by another group. I can create three scripts. Each script will have its own set of user ids. The question is if I can use a single data file as a source and use “Unique” selection of next row so LR automatically assigns user ids accordingly to each group without creating redundant scripts.
