1. Only IE and FF currently (IE from LR11.50)
2. Depends on LR version. In general:

• LR11.0X - FF - 3.6.1, IE - N/A
• LR11.50/1 - FF - 8.0.1, IE - 9
• LR11.52 - FF - 8.0.1, IE - 9 & 10
• LR 12.00 - FF- 22.0, IE - 9 & 10

It is impossible to use the same script in different browsers.
