Time to First Buffer Breakdown (Over Time)

Hi

During analysis, I am looking at the raw data for "Time to First Buffer Breakdown (Over Time)"

I found rows with:

'Component Server Time = 0

'Component First Buffer Time = 0,041

'Component Network Time = 0,041

'Component Response Time = 0,041

I found this very hard to believe, as the calls to another server. Can anybody explain how the server/network ratio is calculated?
