Thanks. IE security settings are locked by group policy on my machine. I'll need to work with our help desk to try this solution. They already tried changing the setting to allow mixed content, but that didn't work.
I'm not even sure that IE settings matter for truclient though because these security pop ups do not appear when I'm using Siebel directly in IE, not through truclient.
