I'm on IE9 with Windows 7. VuGen is 11.52 with Patch 1.
I don't have control over my IE security settings so I'm working with my help desk. Here's what he said he changed in my registry:

The key represents the “Display Mixed Content” setting, 1 = prompt, 0=enabled, for both the Trusted Sites zone (Zone 2) and Local Intranet (Zone 1).
