Hi,
Please try to run the LoadRunner repair tool. You need the installer software.
Close all LoadRunner components and go to \lrunner\En folder and run the setup.exe. Follow the wizard instruction and select Repair option.
If that not works, please downgrade to IE9 and try to record again.
