As the BSM_923_SysReqs_SupportMatrixes.pdf mention:
“For each BPM version, the latest supported VuGen version is mentioned. All previous Versions of VuGen are supported as well.”
So BSM 9.23 support old versions of VuGen and in addition start to support VuGen 11.52
If you need to work with VuGen 11.50 you only need to install the Standalone version (if you don't have it installed) and later update to SP2 for VuGen SA.
