Hi,
IE8 crashes have several reasons.
I suggest you start checking the following:
1- DEP, Windows Defender, UAC, Windows Firewall and antivirus are disable (restart the computer)
2- Run VuGen as Administrator
3- Check the following keys that need to be empty into the windows registry:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs
4- Go to the LoadRunner install software and find the <root>\lrunner\En folder. Run as administrator the setup.exe and follow the wizard to Repair your installation.
