TruClient is not supported in Internet Explorer 9 Compatibility View mode.
The TruClient engine depends on specific IE9 browser features that are not supported by Internet Explorer prior to version 9 and are also not supported in IE9 if backward compatibility mechanisms are in use.
Please check if this button was develop for compatibility mode use. If that is correct you need to add java code to emulate the behavior of this button.
