Please tell me:
1. What is the Oracle Form version?
2. What is the JDK version installed?
3. Do you have installed VuGen SA or complete LoadRunner 11.04?
4. Check the Recording log and see if the Oracle server is using a different port than 80 or 8080.
Enable the Oracle NCA recording log and attach it into the post:
1. Go to the <Installation_directory>\dat directory.
2. Open the vugen.dat file in Notepad or Wordpad.
3. Go to the Oracle_NCA section. By default, the EnableRecordingLog and RecordingLogFile variables are equal to a blank. Set these variables equal to the following:
[Oracle_NCA]
EnableRecordingLog=yes
RecordingLogFile=data\record.log
