Hi,
In case of Vugen crash you should first check that all system requirements were met during installation of Vugen as per LR 11 installation guide.
Please make sure that during installation and when you are working with VuGen you are using:
1. user account with full administrative rights and
2. Data Execution Prevention (KM1220841), User Account control (KM00598473) antivirus and hooking software are disabled. (KM00690370)
Then please check again if the issue will reproduce while recording a basic script.
If all this requirements are met and the issue still appears please generate a Report with LRDetect tool KM00664831 and open a case with support, providing the report, so that the crash can be analyzed in more details.
