If your Java version has this feature, please add WebTours url to the exception list as per the following document: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/java_blocked.xml
Exception Site List is being introduced in the release of Java 7 Update 51.
This approach is suggested in http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/exception_sitelist.xml for applications which are hosted locally which is the case with WebTours.
Please try it and let us know the outcome.
