Easiest and most efficient way is most likely to use SiteScope to monitor WebSphere and then import the monitor data into LoadRunner from your SiteScope instance.
It's not always very easy to set up WebSphere monitors though - refer to the SiteScope Monitor Reference document for detailed instructions.
