Hi,
Did you install Java Runtime Environment - JRE or Java Development Kit JDK?
Please make sure that you install JDK, not JRE. You can check it in Program Files and Feature.
And please check in Environment Variables, does Java path exist in a variable name Path.
Could you please share a screenshot of your issue?
