I would say try this raw approach -
1. Clear your cache
2. Record the script with user number 1 say user1
3.Close VuGen
4. Clear you Cache again
5. Record your script with user number 2 say user2
6. Add both script to VuGen solution and compare your script file using windiff or any other diff tool of your choice
7. See what you need to correlate yourself rather than relying on VuGen
This should help you to fix your correlation issues and develop robust scripts.
