LR 11 not recordingwith RDP on Windows 2008 R2

Hi,

I want to record an application hosted on a Windows 2008 R2 standard server. I am using LR 11 (on Windows XP) with patch 4 to record using RDP connection to the Windows server. My RDP client version is 6.0 and I have tried with 5.2 too. When I start to record the application it throws an error.

Is this supported? The product matrix says that this is supported. 

I see in the documentation that newer version of RDP are supported. Should the environment below work? any help is appreciated
