While installing LoadRunner the following error message is displayed:
"Error attempting to open the source file F c:\\LoadRunnerInstaller\\lrunner\\MSI\\bin\\bvclient\\bvagent50.jar System error code: 3"
Some of the possible reasons for the error message are:
1. File is corrupted or missing for example due to an error during unpacking the LoadRunner software ISO file.

2. There is an antivirus software which is interfering the installation process discussed in:

3. Computer user account used during installation does not have enough privileges.
To overcome the issue during installation:
- Use administrative account with full privileges on your machine including read/write access to the registries and the file system.

3. Make sure that the installation file is not corrupted.
