Parsing error when connecting to SiteScope from LR 12

Hello,

One of my customers is running into a problem when connecting their LR monitor to SiS. They are getting the following XML Error. We have the LR 12.0 and SiS version: 11.23 on a Windows 2003 R2 server. We need some help in figuring out why it is failing:

Parsing error.

Details: host qawn1, port 8080, line: 10.

Reason: DTD is prohibited.
