Hi,
We have recently updated LR 11.04 to LR 12 as suggested in HP forums that on win 7 OS ALM recording is supported. But we are facing issues during ALM launch as its gets at "Initailizing Plugins" message and login page does not load, we waited for 10 mins, have to forcely end the ALM process in task manager.
Note: I am able to launch the ALM manually..
OS: Win7
Browser: IE8.0
LR Version: LR12.0
Protocol: web http/html
Application Type: Win 7
Please suggest the workaround for this....
