Hi Maher,

 

You will need to add valid Support Contract to HP Passport to be able to view knowledge documents at SSO. Please check the instructions in the following link:

All patches related Microsoft security update  for LoadRunner versions 11 to 11.51 and instructions how to manually apply the fix  are available from the following link:

The patch is included in LoadRunner 11.52 and upper versions of the product.
