You can achieve this by change temp folder of windows.
To change the temp folder, you can override TEMP and TMP variables equally to a different path and restart the machine to be effective. Remember if agent is running as SYSTEM, you need to change the system variable (lower pane); otherwise, change the user variable of the relevant user. Restart is a must.
