Go to main support page, donwload the patch 1 or patch 2 for LoadRunner/vugen 11.5, yo need to have a valid SAID in order to get access to the patches downloads, notince this is not a patch to enable the runtime viewer, is a major patch, so a search for a patch to enable the runtime viewer will return no results.
