I'm also unable to install Load runner 12 as VuGen does not seem to be included.... I select "Full Load Runner install" and it complaints that VuGen is not installed. When I select to install from the main setup screen it does not do anything it just sits there like the software it's not available........... "VuGen" in the main menu does not install.......
