The behavior seems to be more consistent to something else, fisrt isolate this behavior, try to record google.com using this firefox, so we can know that the crash is not triggered by somehting on your application, probably is not, but we really want to confirm, then make sure to have completelly off the DEP, antivirus and UAC (is using windows 2008 or 7), also, since this vugen 9.52 is soo old and about to reach its end of life, I would suggest you to upgrade to 11.52 if possible.
Woud be helpfull to know more details about your enviroment, such as windows version and if the crash repors any error window ar record any error on the windows logs.
