ok that add some interesting information, the version 1.7 of java is oficially supported only on LoadRunner 11.52, and even on that version is well known that some applications have issues, so the first step I would like to recommend you is to downgrade to Java 1.6, It may not be the root cause, but since this is not supported is worthy to try, in the past I have seen many issue with all kind of behaviours caused all by the same compatibility problem with java 1.7.
