Black snapshot when running test with TruClient scripts

Hello,

I am running a test using a TruClient script (using TC + IE10) and in the runtime settings I have snapshot on error set. Whenever an arror occurs, a snapshot is created, but the snapshot does not contain a picture of the GUI, instead it's just all black. This is always the case and fully reproduceable.

I also tried it with RT settings "always generate sanpshot", and in that case the snapshot are still black, but sometimes with a red rectangular somewhere on the screen. See attachments

This way snapshots are of not much use. Is there a way to fix this?

I am running HP Performance Center 11.52 patch 1 with TruClient + IE10
