We have several scenarios in various projects which collect measurements from many servers.
The issue we are experiencing is when servers are located 'across the pond'
For example - A scenario using a UK based Controller which collects measurements from UK based servers will load quickly and the measurement graphs display within a short period of time.
The very same scenario used from a US based Controller takes an eternity to find the UK servers, in many cases failing to find certain measurements. I have tested this with just three servers and taking three measurements from each.
A similar test using US Controller accessing US Serves took 20 seconds to load and display.
Same US Controller but accessing similar UK servers took over 5 minutes.
For a typical scenario that requires many measurements from several servers this is taking well over an hour, and often freezes corrupting the scenario!
We have tested the network between US and UK and found no issues. A simple remote from a US to UK server works fine (and vice versa)
Any thoughts on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
