Please find details below:
1) Number of groups you are running? - Two scripts , both HTTP.
2) Did both tests run during same time of the day? - One ran overnight and the second the next day (during day)
3) Is there a chance you could have run out of data you are using to run the scripts? meaning you only have sufficient data to run for 2hrs? - No. The main data used was set at random each iteration.
4) Also do you have a contentcheck rule in place to capture any server error message being returned? what was your error count? - Had verification set but handful errors seens for one of the script (i.e file upload) and the errors were all time outs. This error was seen for the one hour test as well but test continued with transactioin count increasing for the Soak Test.
I could see HitsPer second (~ between 0.5 and 1.5) steady throught the 12 hours BUT Throughput drop from ~15,000 Bytesper secon to ~500 Bytes per second.
That said I did see a few HTTP 502 errors in the first 1.5 Hours and then nothing after that .
