Sorry for the info that didn't work for you...I had to research this.
1. In VuGen, open your TruClient script.
2. Go to Tools > TruClient General Settings
3. Click on Extensions tab
4. Search for "acrobat"
6. I installed "PDF Viewer 1.0.277"
