Ofcourse it is a problem, you are testing google's translate. they take precaution to avoid any Denial of service, and other malicious attacks. Have you got any agreement between your company and google that you will be inducing the load on their system. if there is one, you can use pacing, according to their recommendations. have your developers\google provide you a stub, or a bypass mechanism, to allow the need for performance tests.
if you dont have an agreement, then please stop, as it violates and is a red flag.
