We opened a ticket with HP software support and send them the list of the GPO we are using.
According to HP enigineers "I check your documentation an looks like to your group policy is blocking some privileges, LR needs a full admin rights account, so as per recommendation is not use the group policy or add the group policy without any restriction. Unfortunately we don’t have the specific rule that is blocking the licenses dll, but as our recommendation is not use any group policy in LR environment."
Anybody has any idea how to fix this problem because no GPO is not an option for us. Please help!!!!!!!!
