It depends on the level of transport you want to capture. For HTTP I would recomend using Fiddler (.saz) and for HTTP + TCP I would recomend WireShark (.pcap). LoadRunner supports both types, and after capturing, you can easily

create a LoadRunner script (via Mobile HTTP/HTML protocol).
