If you mean that script that was recorded on 11.03 can run on BPM 9.23 (LR 11.52) the answer is yes.
Best practice would be to run the script in VuGen 11.52 and make sure it is running smoothly. The reason for that is that 11.03 script was recorded on FF 3.6.1 while 11.52 has FF 8.0.1 so DOM objects can be rendered and DOM represented differently.
