Citrix events are not generating while recording the application.

Hi Team,

We have recorded the script in LR 12.02 using multi protocol Http/Html  and  Citrix ICA. so while recording the script the Http/Html  events were recorded but Citrix events were not generated. We are using Citrix Receiver 14.1 and  Xen App Version. – Xendesktop 7.1 . Operating system is Windows7 32 bit version.

We have disabled the UAC and DEP, even then it's events were not generating. So could you please let me know how to resolve the issue.
