The parameter you giving user name is it working ? 

steps try this 

1. rt click on username -  create new parameter- in pop up -- give parameter name as parusername  and file type as File.

2. click properties button where you will get parausername.dat  Just rename it to userdetails.dat and lick edit with notepad

3.  rt click on password-  create new parameter- in pop up -- give parameter name as parpassword  and file type as File.

4. click properties button where you will get parpassword.dat  now click browse button beside n select userdetails.dat

5. click button Add colum then the parpassword colum will be highlited

6. select the option as same line as username you parameters will be working.
