Hi Praveen,
Please make sure that Seamless Mode and Citrix Desktop Toolbar are disabled.
if you use Citrix WebInterface, SeamlessMode can be disabled under Settings->Window size.
If you use Citrix StoreFront, ask your Citrix admin to add "TWIMode=Off" to default.ica file on the server.
DesktopToolbar can be disabled by adding "ConnectionBar=0" to default.ica
If this won't help, try to disable Citrix ICA Client add-on in Internet Explorer (Tools->Manage addons->Toolbars and extensions) or, even better, disable ActiveX totally (Tools->Internet options->Security->Custom level->Run ActiveX controls and plugins). There is no need to disable ActiveX forever - just for recording.
