Hi,
Please try the following:
Make sure that the issue do not occur due to other FF instance is opened on your machine, otherwise
- Close FF and Vugen
- delete %appdata%\Hewlett-Packard\LoadRunner\web2u folder and check if the issue resolved
- If is not resolved copy and replace the entire Firefox folder from the DVD into %LR_PATH%\HP\LoadRunner\bin\firefox
I suspect you have updated LR Firefox version accidentally.
