Hi,
1. Is CitrixAgent installed on your Citrix server? In case it is installed, please check if problematic application can be recorded when Citrix Agent is disabled.
2. Does runCitrixClient.exe process simply exit on "Initializing..." stage or does is crash? You can check this, for example, using procdump from SysinternalsSuite - launch procdump.exe -ma –e -w runCitrixClient.exe before starting the recording and check whether crashdump will be created or not.
3. Please take a look into Windows EventLog - are there messages about problems in the Citrix client components (wfica32.exe, wfcrun32.exe...) which preceed the closing of runCitrixClient.exe process?
4. Regarding "Unexpected disconnect" - one of possible causes of this issue is getting into existing session on Citrix server.
Could you check that during replay your script starts new session ?
