It seems we have a bunch of issues which will be quite difficult to resolve within the Forum. But at least we can try.
Please add the following lines to <LR>\config\vugen.ini and try to record your problematic application:
[NoTrap]
Application1=runCitrixClient.exe
Application2=wfica32.exe
Application3=wfcrun32.exe
Hope this will fix CitrixConnectionManager crashes.
Regarding registry patch - could you check that these values (<LR>\dat\Enable_Citrix_API.reg) indeed present in Registry and that they reside under correct branch (HKLM\Software\ if Vugen is installed on 32bit OS, or HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\ if it is installed on 64bit OS) ? Is it possible to install this patch manually without issues (I mean UAC, restricted user account, some security software that might prevent Registry editing...) ?
