Vugen does recording on certain 64bit apps that were ported from 32bit apps check the Readme to see which protocols will work with it. If they were natively developed in 64 bit the hooking process that Vugen does to capture traffic may not be possible. You can have LR on a 64 bit OS using 64 bit IE as long as its a supported version of it, see Readme for details.
