"Start Recording " button is grayed out

Hi,

I cannot record a script because the "Start Recording" button is grayed out.

I do the following steps.

I  create a New Script, then I choose protocol Web - HTTP/HTML.

I click on Create, then I click on the Record button in the toolbar, the Start Recording dialog box opens.

The Record into action, I select Action.

Application to record I select Application type Web, in the application box Microsoft Internet Explorer.

In the URL address box I type the URL and the Working directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Virtual User Generator\Bin.

But I cannot record the URL because the  "Start Recording" button is grayed out.

Can someone help me with this?
